Meet Tracy Cooke
I am a Podiatrist who is passionate about injury and rehabilitation, with over 28 years of combined clinical and teaching expertise.
What prompted me to rethink my approach to exercise prescription, classes, falls prevention, and rehabilitation?
I grew increasingly frustrated with each client failing to progress with the conventional "gold standard" orthotics and calf raises - short foot - alphabet formula.
Despite my clients' compliance and precise execution of exercises based on my teaching, there were instances where they did not show improvement, leading them to seek answers elsewhere.
Â

After delving into various treatment options across multiple disciplines, I set out to discover simpler, more effective approaches for my clients.
Drawing from my clinical and educational background, I have developed assessments, strategies, and exercises to address both simple and complex issues related to balance, stability, mobility, and strength in the foot, ankle, and lower extremities.
I advocate against quick fixes, short-term solutions, and a one-size-fits-all approach to rehabilitation.
What sets me apart is my comprehensive understanding of global movement, kinematics, and biomechanics, particularly how the body's movement correlates with the foot.
By applying these methods consistently and gathering feedback from clients, I have honed effective practices that I am eager to share with you.
